When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Luxe & Bags reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at its sole discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until Luxe & Bags confirms it in writing. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Luxe & Bags may not be able to honor cancellation requests once your order has been confirmed. If your order is declined, modified, or canceled, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to our return and exchange terms in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale or export.

We disclaim all liability for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you when the products are delivered to the carrier.

Luxe & Bags is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale or purchase made through our store is made directly with Luxe & Bags. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Luxe & Bags, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services purchased from us. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with Luxe & Bags.

We will notify you of any claim subject to this indemnification, provided that a failure to give prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by that failure. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including the choice of legal counsel, but we will not settle any claim imposing non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
