Shipping policy
Luxe & Bags ships your orders with care. Delivery times include order processing, personalization (if applicable), and transit.
1) Shipping Times
- Standard shipping: 4 to 6 business days
- Express shipping (paid): 1 to 2 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2) Free Shipping
Free shipping is available across the United States.
Available shipping options (standard/express) and any applicable fees are displayed at checkout.
3) Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (when available depending on the carrier).
4) Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to reship it after confirmation (additional fees may apply).
5) Delays & Exceptional Circumstances
Some delays may occur outside of our control, including carrier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.
6) Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check nearby areas (mailbox, neighbors, front desk, or safe place). Then contact us and we will help you open an investigation with the carrier.
