Refund policy
At Luxe & Bags, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy so you can request a return or exchange.
1. Return Window
You have 100 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return requests made after this period.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition.
- Show no damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or an accident after delivery.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documents originally provided with the item.
Note: Personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we offer a free return as well as either a replacement or a full refund.
You must notify us within 100 days of delivery by sending a photo or video of the defective item to our customer support team at:

4. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at contact@luxe-and-bags.com and include your order number and the reason for your return request.
- We will send you return instructions. If you are returning a defective item, we will arrange a free return.
- Carefully pack the item, ideally in its original packaging, with all included accessories.
- Ship the item to the return address provided in our instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Returns for non-defective items: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Returns for defective items: Return shipping is free of charge.
6. Refunds or Exchanges
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process either a refund or an exchange:
- Refund: Your order amount, excluding original shipping fees (if applicable), will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received.
- Exchange: If you choose an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once your return has been processed.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect:
- Used items.
- Gift cards, subscriptions, or other non-returnable products.
- Personalized or engraved items.
